Leveling sheet

Peeeew!!! peeew!!! peeew!! the fireworks flew high into the pitch black night sky. The fireworks sounded like missiles were being shot all over the sky. It lit up the sky with blue, red, yellow and other colors. It looked as if paint was being splashed. Roger stood there amazed at the sight with his Uncle, Nan, Mum and little brother.

“Let’s light some on the road” said his uncle Tyrone

Roger grabbed the lighter and some little guy fawkes. He set off these little circle ones and put them on the road. He seen them starting to spin like balls of fire. They dashed all over the road.

“Wow!!! those ones are cool” said Zack as he sat down on the grass in amazement.

I seen our neighbours lighting there ones up too. Boof!! Boof!!! Boof!!! they sounded like gunshots.

“Let’s get the sparklers” said Mum.

She lit ours up and gave us one each. Roger was trying to pretend that he had a wand. He was acting like I was doing spells on Zack. Later on We grabbed the roman candles out of the box of fireworks. Zack held one and my uncle set it off. It glided into the sky and exploded into a fiery explosion. His Uncle Tyrone grabbed another roman candle and set it off. Again it made a huge outburst as it blasted through the sky.

As the night went on we had run low on guy fawkes. That night was a really fun night with my whanau and we got to spend so much fun with them. We had fun seeing guy fawkes all over the sky and ground. That’s a night we will never forget.

Third person recount

WALT: Re craft a recount , changing it into third person from first person.

Splash! “ooooooh” Kevin yelled loudly as he ran quickly around the icy pool side. Suddenly Splash! He got soaked from his Dad who did a huge bomb right by him.

He chased his Dad around the pool and tried to throw water on him but he suddenly slipped and dived in the water. Kevin came back up shivering violently.

He quickly ran to his Dad and tripped his floppy legs up as he fell underneath. Kevin then quickly ran behind the middle sized blow-up-boat and waited for him to look the other way so he can sneak up on him.

Kevin quickly ran by him to tackle him but his sister popped up out of thin air and quickly snatched him up off the ground like he was 100 dollars. Then she quickly called out, “Dad! Dad!  I got him! I got him!” She yelled loudly as his ear-drums splattered to pieces. Kevin's dad grabbed him and pulled him underneath the water.

After escaping, Kevin suddenly got up and jumped out. “Wait till next time. I'm going to get you back hard” Kevin softly whispered while he wrapped himself up in his towel and sped off to his room to change into his warm soft clothes.

3. He put on the shoes and went for a slam dunk again and got it

2. I or 2 close-up shots on your character - portrait or close-up on facial shot
3. Audience must know what you are advertising. Image and slogan must be provided.
4. Movements of character or characters must be fluid, slower, more body movements shown.
5. Add Title at the beginning and credits at the end. Don’t forget the music that reflects your mood for your advert.

My Reflections

The things that went Well : videoing, Close up shots, making our characters, our planing, our props, team work, our jumping and shooting ,what we were selling and creating our scene.

The learning that took place are : Learning how to take pictures to make it a movie, how to make a animation, how to make figures out of Plasticine and using the stop motion app .

I am Proud of : how good the close ups were, how good the slam dunk was, how our moment was better than last time.

I will improve on : Keeping my hands out off my movie, having longer videos, talking in my video and make my props better.
